Sung poetry night

I’m excited to invite you to a beautiful cultural event happening right in our neighbourhood! We will be welcoming guest artists all the way from Chile and Argentina for a special evening of South American music and poetry at the Old White Lion.

The night will include wonderful performances of improvised verses and stunning melodies by Charawilla, from Chile, and Wilson, from the Rio de la Plata region (Argentina and Uruguay). The event will be in Spanish, but there will be English interpretation to help everyone follow along!

To support the artists in covering their travel expenses, we’ll be passing a hat around for voluntary donations—please feel free to contribute whatever you can.
