Free volunteer-run one-day community festival in Cherry Tree Wood, attracting thousands of visitors, with two music/performance stages, bars, street food, kids’ activities, 100+ stalls.

A collective of creatives from N2 and beyond, staging events and exhibitions.
Area Projects
A charity to create and care for a community garden on Tarling Road, N2.
East Finchley Town Team
A collective of N2-based organisations, funded by Barnet Council, aiming to support and improve East Finchley’s High Road.

Volunteer-run community newspaper, delivered free to 10,000 homes in N2. Founded 1993.
Village Raw
Non-profit free arts and community magazine for East Finchley, Muswell Hill, Highgate and Crouch End.
Finchley Community Toy Library (East Finchley)
Run by Barnet Lone Parent Centre, but open to all. Green Man Community Centre, Strawberry Vale.
Mums in Mainstream
Support group for mums of autistic children attending mainstream schools in LB Haringey and surrounding areas.
N2 Mums Speak
A space for mums to get together for a series of talks.

One of the services provided by Barnet Lone Parent Centre, based on Strawberry Vale, available to all Barnet residents, not just lone parents.
Hot Choc Mob
A group of volunteers based in N2, who meet to provide food, drink, clothing and a chat to London’s homeless community.
N2 Food Project
Volunteer group providing free tasty nutritious meals on Tuesday mornings from Phoenix Cinema. No registration, no questions. Just turn up. Operated by East Finchley Community Support

Cherry Tree Basketball
Free basketball for teens in Cherry Ttree Wood. Run by Kevin Lukau.

Informal social running club, meeting weekly in The Bald Faced Stag.
East Finchley International FC
Men’s football team playing in Barnet Sunday League Division 4.
