East Finchley Running Community
We are a social run/drink community that meet at 19:00 on Mondays at East Finchley station before running a preplanned route and meeting back at The Bald Faced Stag afterwards for drinks and chats.
Once a routine is established all runs will be be led and tailed. All runners run at their own risk and we encourage all members to take care of themselves and their fellow runners while out with us.
EFRC is open to runners of all abilities. This is a social running club and there is no fee to join. If you are interested in joining, please contact our club captain Luke on efrunco@gmail.com or join our spond to find out when the next event will take place.
