Free yoga class

I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and, as a new yoga teacher, I’m offering free, relaxed outdoor classes for adults this May to build my teaching experience.

Living in the city, it’s easy to lose touch with nature and the simple things that help us slow down and reset. These classes are a chance to move your body, enjoy some fresh air, and take a little time for yourself. The classes are open level, so everyone is welcome – whether it’s your first class or you’re more familiar with yoga.

Class information:

  • Please bring your own yoga mat
  • Please book you spot
  • Open level class – no experience needed
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early
